Feminine Restore is a gentle, nourishing practice created for low-energy days.
This class is especially supportive if you are currently in your moon phase, moving toward your bleed time, or simply feeling tired, tender, or in need of rest.

Together we slow down, soften, and create space for the body to unwind. You’ll be guided through restorative poses for cramps and tension, gentle stretches to soothe the nervous system, and calming practices that invite deep ease and comfort.

Feminine Restore is not about doing more — it’s about giving yourself permission to do less, listen in, and care for your body exactly as it is.
